who says we cared so little at all? We care, I care a ton. No clue what you're talking about.

We aggregate reviews, only when we haven't seen the film first so we and other readers are getting an opinion what's out there.

If i had seen it at the same time as as everyone else, I would have posted my own review and that would have been that. As for A Prophet, if you were paying attention, you would have read that we regrettably missed and really wanted to see.

If you only knew how much lamenting about it, that we've done while we've been here.

It's also not nonchalance, I just missed my early screening and didn't want to cry over spilled milk and just move on.

Your sub-Jeff Wells faux-nonchalance is so boring. If you care so little why have you posted every single sliver of a story about this film for the last, what, year? Two? Barely a day goes by without you losers wanking on about how you've read the script and how some guy has now been cast as Nazi #43.

Write with honesty. And have opinions. Everything on this blog is so measured and balanced and boring. It's almost as if you aggregate every review ever before delivering your own "opinions". Oh wait...

PS If you want my opinion A Prophet is the far and away the best film screened at Cannes this year and you haven't even mentioned it....
