The Soviet-born director&#039;s name is Sergei LOZNITSA, as his name in cyrillic is spelt Сергей Лозница. He was born in Belarus which was then part of the Soviet Union but his family relocated to Urkaine. Regardless of what you thought of the film, not having your facts right comes across as rather unprofessional.]]></description>
