It will be interesting to see if expanding the original 3 episode mini-series into something larger and ongoing will give the plot and characters room to develop like Breaking Bad did into it's second season or drag and stall out like The Killing. Ernest Dickerson directed the pilot and it looks like Lennie James and Gale from Breaking Bad are in it as well.
