You say there are no X-Men films planned after Apocalypse and yet you go on to list 4 or 5 that are in the works. Wolverine 3 and Deadpool 2 are definitely happening, right? So does that not count as plans? Everyone knows that they are planning X-Force (as a expanded Deadpool/Cable universe) and perhaps New Mutants (which would continue the mainstream X-team continuity set-up by First Class, DofP and Apocalypse), and Gambit is still in development!! So although only 2 of those have release dates, the others are still very much in development. These aren’t just maybe’s and potential films down the line, these are titles/projects they ARE working on now! Yes, there are a few things up in the air at the moment, but when they all come together, I think the X-Universe has the potential to be awesome. We could even say that, after Apocalypse, Fox are entering their own ‘Phase 3’ and I for one am still excited to see what that brings 🙂

Kinberg is kidding himself if he thinks any Gambit film they can actually release is going to replicate the success of Deadpool. “Fan favorite” doesn’t equal huge box office, as evidenced by Wolverine’s solo outings.

X-23 is her own character….you’re trying to make it sound like a rebooted female Logan and that’s not really the case.
