					<description><![CDATA[It wasn&#x27;t so much that Mr. Goldman couldn&#x27;t get it right the first time.  According to press accounts, the filming back in &#x27;86 was a real cluster-you-know-what.  As reported in Variety, Robert Altman was to direct, but Dick Richards got the nod; Richards left after he, allegedly, was punched in the face by Reynolds on the set, and then there was a succession of three other directors. He&#x27;s never going to be mistaken for a great thespian but he&#x27;s always a bit better than he should be in roles that mainly involve looking mean while firing a gun. He&#x27;s probably the only modern action star that makes me want to see his movies just because he&#x27;s in them.]]></description>
