I'm pretty sure if you could get that Scott Disick to film his day to day exploits, it would be already be an American Psycho remake, maybe with less killing (or maybe not).

And just as a sidenote, Bateman's brother has already been on film in Rules of Attraction.

It's ripe for a remake.
Shia LaBeouf, Zac Efron, Ed Westwick, Penn Badgley or Chace Crawford as Patrick Bateman.
Thank God, Bret Easton Ellis isn't in charge of casting.
