Selena? What the hell are you talking about? First of all the film was called Serena and it was directed by Susanne Bier, who outside of Denmark isn\’t really a household name.

Bradley Cooper will improve ratings? Really? Why did nobody see his Selena film with Jennifer Lawrence directed by David O\’Russell (The Fighter, Silver Linings Playbook, American Hustle) then?
Because it wasn\’t good! That\’s why. If the show is good, people will care. If it\’s bad, they won\’t. Bradley Cooper, as well as any known actor, needs a good product to succeed.

The "Movie Star" is dying. The product attracts way more people than any actor.
Obviously, that goes for J-Law as well.
