Scarlett has very little acting talent. It baffles me that she is still on the A-list. Johannson has never given a performance worthy of an Oscar nomination. It is ridiculous that Johannson receives more career offers than : Emily Blunt, Thandie Newton, Rebecca Hall, Carey Mulligan, and Judy Greer.

I find the idea that Mike Newell is in the same zip code as Neil Marshall to be insulting. Mike Newell lucked into a couple of decent scripts that he shot as stagebound imagination-killers. Marshall is a serious filmmaker, regardless of subject matter.

In any other film, I'd be on Team Scarlett, but for this project, I really have to give my vote to Mia Wasikowska. I think she'd be perfect. However, if they could BOTH land roles, I'd buy my ticket today.
