Cooper\’s too much of a light-weight. Fassbender would be by far better. Just go back & watch the early \”wet work\” scenes in \”X-Men First Class\”. Better yet, retire Danny Craig & make MF the new Bond-James Bond.

Bomb

This will do about as well as the A-Team movie. Bradley Cooper, just doesn\’t have \”It\”. He has comedic smarm and Eddie Haskell douche bag appeal, that best works as a foil and second banana. It\’s a valuable niche, but it\’s a niche. He\’s not really a ladies man that gets all the girls worked up, nor is he a guy\’s guy, with the macho oneliners, that dudes are eager to see in action flicks.

Franchise film? Sounds great, but will Soderbergh direct the first film and hand it over to someone else for the sequels? I wonder if he\’ll stay on as a producer/consultant for the sequels, or if his retirement from filmmaking means no more producing either…?

Maybe we could see Gregory Jacobs step up and take the reigns for the sequels.
