Just think what Antman could have done if the trailers gave any sense of how fun the actual movie is. I was convinced it was going to be awful, and only saw it because Edgar Wright had been involved with the script at one point, and it was actually a lot of fun. Definitely had his fingerprints all over it. Deserved better, hopefully word of mouth keeps it going for a bit. No competition next week will help.

Ok. According to BOmojo, 2013 has the domestic BO record with 10.923 billion, and that does include all money made for a film released in said year. This year we are approximately half way through and are already at 6.366 billion. Now I\'m willing to bet the second half of the year on average pulls in even more than the first, but even if it\'s even, that puts us at over 12 and a half billion. And I personally think with Stat Wars it will go over 13 billion. Not bad.

Is April now considered summer? Also, if Star Wars stays in theaters until March or April, does that money count toward 2016 or 2015? With big movies still to come out like Mission Impossible, Fantastic 4, Spectre, The Good Dinosaur, Mockingjay, and of course Star Wars. Will this be the biggest BO year of all time? I don\'t have stats but how do we stand so far?
