Conroy IS batman, hands down. Otherwise, I'd have sided with Keaton – though, yes, the Burton films are more about the Villains than Bats.

Keaton's Bruce Wayne was way more human and believable as Bruce Wayne than Bale – and didn't sound like a telephone sex pest when playing Batman.
