I just finished watching the entire third season over again and I liked it a lot more the second time around. I know of several people and many of my coworkers at DISH who complained that this season was too slow. I personally thought it was good writing that eventually paid off in the finale, but I'm sure that season four will be different. I'm sad that I have to wait a whole year for a new episode, but I will eagerly be waiting with my DISH Hopper since I plan to archive the next season as well on my 2TB hard drive. With this much space I know that I'll still have plenty of room come next year.

As much Hype Boardwalk Empire gets it has yet to produce a season of TV. That puts it on the same groundbreaking level quality of top tier programming like The Wire, Deadwood, The Sopranos, Breaking Bad and Mad Men. It's still pretty entertaining despite having less relevance as those shows.
