No, actually, this is the most compelling argument of all: miscarriages of justice are inevitable in any legal system,  the fact therefore being that innocent people have been murdered on death row, and will continue to be murdered until this practice is abolished. Truly, there is nothing more to say  on the matter, whether one sympathises with the concept of capital punishment or not.]]></description>
