The harsh remarks at Rogen started ambiguously with the guys bringing up Katherine Heigl in a discussion asking "how could she go home with that guy? I mean she wasn't drunk when she got to the club and met him". So it started off as though the entourage guys might have seen Heigl out one night in the show's universe.
But no, they then allude to the Knocked Up storyline and go on to trash Rogen's looks.
And it came up 2 or 3 more times throughout the episode.
Who knows where or why this started. The Ugly Truth (with Heigl) is coming out, so maybe they were timing their jokes for that?
