This “ultimate” edition isn’t going to “fix” the movie or make it better. It’s 30 minutes of footage that was deemed less worthy of screen time than the 2.5 hours that made it into the theater. There’s a reason the footage was cut. This is nothing more than marketing by WB to try to dupe people who didn’t like the movie into buying the Blu Ray/DVD.

LOL…..the movie was mediocre….on every level. Has nothing to do with being “hip”. Just wasn’t a good movie.

This is pretty much a non-story. The first time, he was obviously being honest, and saying: “This is just more of the same – the people who were hip enough to like it the first time around will like this version more – the squares will want to watch CIVIL WAR again.” The second tweet is marketing.

Is that journalism or some Fox Newsism? It appears he was shooting SKULL ISLAND and wasn’t able to prep JUSTICE LEAGUE in time, so they couldn’t make the schedules work.
