The movie will be fine. You make it sound like having a good, coherent script is important for a big summer blockbuster. As much as I wish that were true have you seen the crap that has been successful at the box office? The studio will market the hell out out of it (they've already got Smith presenting the Kid's Choice Awards) and with the MiB brand , Will Smith, Tommy Lee Joes and Barry Sonnenfield returning and lots of shiny action and explosion this will be massive hit.

Wow. This has EPIC FAILURE written all over it! Rick Baker – 'It was a crazy production. We had a writer actually on the soundstage writing the words moments before the guys had to say them. I don't think that's any way to make a movie'. No shit, Sherlock! Will Hollywood ever learn? They throw money at this thing and it doesn't even have a full script, yet that Paradise movie with Bradley Cooper gets shut down because it costs too much and they actually have a script that's ready to shoot! Fuck's sake.

Going to be interesting to see which is the bigger clusterfuck: this or John Carter. The latter sounds like it's actually going to be good but given how awful Disney's marketing department has been it might not even matter. I'm still curious to see how people are going to react to Smith returning to his old hip smartass persona; maybe it's just be but that stops being cute after you hit 40.
