Just came from seeing the movie and I really liked it. American beauty is my ultimate favourite movie ever, but this one is a completly different prespective of Sam Mendes. I agree whith anonymous, it gives us such a sense of hope… this are difficult times, we have to have something uplifting in the end of the day, otherwise we will just stop fighting for what we bwlieve. ABSOLUTELY loved the soudtrack! don't care if it's original or not, suits the film just perfect and gives it much more intensity

Just been to see this film. Not a completely outstanding film but a beautiful one non the less - the last scene especially, both in terms of sentiment and cinematography . Anyone who has see it know of the song played during said scene?

I just saw this movie last night, and it was the sweetest most uplifting romantic movie i've ever seen. The sound track complimented the plot flow. This wasa wonderful movie. Any thing bad you can say about it comes from how it just kept being hopeful. I loved this movie.

I do think most of the song choices, with exception to Alexi Murdoch's stuff, are very unoriginal, BUT, they are such great songs, I still can't wait to hear them and see how they are used in the movie. Do I think Golden Brown will be better utilized than it was in "Snatch?" No...but I can't wait to see what they do with VU's "Oh Sweet Nothin'"...freaking love that song!

Clearly someone doesn’t know that Hipster and Twee are in two different stratospheres. One is cleary painfully earnest and one is too cool for school. They do not co-exist at all so it drives me nuts when people use hipster and twee in the same sentence.
