Out of all the things being showcased over the weekend at Star Wars Celebration, “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” is surely at the top of some fans’ waitlists. Though mainstream audiences stick to the movies, ‘Clone Wars’ has amassed a loyal following since Disney’s abrupt cancellation in 2013, and the announcement of the show’s return in 2018. The show, created by Dave Filoni who went on to create “Star Wars Rebels,” and is largely considered the heir apparent having worked directly under George Lucas, has spent its purgatory being available on Netflix, where it was seen as a binge-worthy watch for years.
