It's rare to see a remake so overblown yet underwritten, so full of gaping plot holes, that squanders one of the best male casts of the decade & boasts Jack Nicholson's worst ever screen performance. Way to go, Marty. The original, whilst no masterpiece, was at least a tightly constructed story with two terrific lead performances & a perfectly paced runtime. Infernal Affairs is excellent, Scorsese's remake is abysmal.
