This isn’t the worst form. The children were asked to come up with a reason for why they would need the money. I guess casting folks wanted to get the most authentic reaction. I’m trying to figure out what exactly makes this more egregious in the eyes of the writer than acting games. Is it because the children don’t have stage parents with them?
