The previews did not do this film any good. It should have been presented differently. I had no desire to see it until I reluctantly watched A Princess of Mars on Netflix late one night. Crude but kinda cool. Since then I was looking to see when John Carter would be on. It wasn't finally it aired on Spike TV. I caught the begining but with all the commercials I fell asleep about 2/3 into the film. I then tracked down my blue ray the following day to watch it in its intierty. It was fantastic and very well done. I immediately regreted not seeing it in theaters. I have since bought the entire book series and am hoping that Disney will continue on this epic journey.

The film looks fantastic! People have been waiting for this movie for 100 years and it looks like when it finally happend, all the right people were involved. This will be WAY better than the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.

looks like a cheesy film im a huge scifi fan and i dont even buy the previews movie looks like its for a 10 year old kid kinda disappointing bcause i loved taylor k in wolverine
