I am so excited this cast looks amazing I always love to see new interpretations of novels I personally love come alive on the screen. Cast looks great, director is great. I have high hopes and can\’t wait for this film. Hurry up and start filming people I want to see this. Just give Keira a good wig and not the one she wore in pride and prejudice. Beautiful girl but the hair was bad in that. And I wish she would look like she did in the first pirates film

@HelenW If the quality of the recent adaptations of the similarly done-to-death Pride and Prejudice and Jane Eyre are any indication, it shouldn\’t matter how many times Anna Karenina has been filmed. These classic stories are always fair game for new and interesting interpretations, and I have confidence that Wright will be able to pull this off—especially with this cast.

I;d have loved to have seen Cumberbatch in the film but his WW1 series for HBO and the BBC is awesome so its a great swap. Tom Stoppard has written the scripts for the series as well. His first for the BBc in 20 years,
