I've heard it in a few trailers, and every time, I'm shocked, since I'm probably one of like eight people who saw the film. And over-the-top? Yes. But it comes in a scene where a character is essentially meeting his maker, so I'd call that justified. Plus, over-the-top is what trailers are all about.
