I'm happy for Michael Williams. He'll do an excellent job with the role. Why does this movie have to be filtered through the perspective of his manager though? Was the film not going to fly without a narrator or something? I'm really tired of films about Black folks that are not from the perspectives of Black folks. no scratch that. I'm tired of movies about Black characters that are told from the perspective of White characters.

I second the FUCKING YES. Big time. Huge fan of Michael aK.a Omar Williams, huge fan of Wu Tang as a whole (most creative, innovative rap group of all time) and all the unique personas of the members. ODB easily being the most colorful one. I don't even care if the quality of the movie is good right now, just happy that this is getting made with Williams. Best news of the day.
