Agent Carter getting dropped doesn't really come as much of a surprise. No doubt some will be upset that the way it ends is such that no real closure can be had.

Supergirl getting moved to the CW is probably the only good thing to happen for it. It was being trumped in ratings by Gotham and only seemed to do well when Gotham went on its many hiatus periods (not counting the temporary boost it saw with the Flash crossover, which dropped off immediately for the following episode). The upside now is that even if it continues to pull in the same numbers, the CW will keep it around because... well, that's pretty much how the CW operates anymore.

The bigger question is how the CW is going to juggle 15 shows for its prime time schedule. Some shows are going to suffer as a result.
