It\’s great to have the grittiness in a Batman film, but in a Superman film? C\’mon… they kind of sapped everything about being superman from the character. Not every character has to be dark and depressed, it\’s good to show different aspects of personalities. I\’m actually a bit tired of all the depressing superhero movies. Have some fun for Christ\’s sake…

This guy is a pompous tool-\’a real movie\’ .. like the flying of nuclear bomb over the ocean and surviving .. or going from day to night in the scene..a man managing to enter a sealed off island ? This guy has become a laughing stock ever since WB started blowing smoke up his ass, he\’s become the poor mans Brett Ratner.

Love Nolan. Definitely one of the best to get behind the camera. That being said, writing "Nolan will only hold your hand for so long" is a a bit of a misnomer. Ellen Page\’s surrogate character in Inception pretty much existed solely for exposition purposes, which frankly was the one thing that perhaps keeps that movie from being a classic. Had he given his brother a crack at the script, I\’m sure we would of been spared some of those overly long question and answer scenes and fed the information in more pleasing spoonfuls.

Well Zack Superman sucked. It was trying to be To much like Batman. And if they keep doing this, WBDC movies will all suck. The Batman movies were so good, because of Chris. Zack used too much from Nolan, that Superman was really Nolan too. A copycat. Zack should have talked to Richard Donner.

I\’m thrilled WB/DC aren\’t chasing Marvel. They\’re doing their own thing and that\’s better for us, the audience. Think about it this way: over the next 6-7 years, all the tentpoles we\’re getting are already planned out. How bored would we be if it was all the same thing? I like The Avengers and think Whedon\’s great — but I don\’t want DC trying to emulate Whedon. I want to see more movies like The Dark Knight trilogy and it seems like DC is trying to go that route. Smart move….
