No one can make that happen in a real full film. Only in a trailer.

The distinction between the two reeks of MPAA.

Also, I saw this article on moviefone regarding the same trailer and if you look at the comment section, the director, Derick Martini, explains how and why the trailer was cut. Pretty interesting stuff. The link is below.

In the red-band, we see her pointing it at the first guy she says "Do you think I'm pretty?" to. That scene is still there, but with the gun-pointing cut out. I guess the MPAA had a problem with a 13-year-old pointing a gun at someone.
