However I do not see it giving kevin best supporting nom.His role might not be flashy enough and he might be overshadowed by the girls. He is my 2nd favorite actor (hanks is first) so it would be great if he got nom but I unfortunately do not see it happening. However if this movie is still a hit appearing in it would give it a big boost.

Of course it’s impossible to know anything until anyone’s actually seen the movie, but he seems to be the favorite for a lot of people going in. I’m still not 100% sure the role will have enough screen time for a win, but if “Silence” stays at around three hours, even if he’s only on screen for a relatively small section of the movie that could equate to a decent amount of screen time. And it’s certainly a very important role.
