Jim McKay who after starting in music videos directed Girlstown, Our Song (and produced quite a few films including American Movie) directed a couple of HBO movies and has done episodes of The Wire, Treme, Mr Robot, In Treatment, Breaking Bad, and other shows.

I think Lexi Alexander (Green Street Hooligans) is finding her second act in directing superhero TV shows. She\’s done Arrow and Supergirl, and Limitless for CBS, and I\’m pretty sure she\’s in talks for Iron Fist. Give her another year and I think she\’ll have even more episodes under her belt.

I was confused to read, "Tim Hunter, now a small-screen veteran, and \’Fugitive Pieces\’ and \’The Five Senses\’ helmer, now an Emmy-nominated \’Game Of Thrones\’ stalwart" but think you must have simply left off the name of the filmmaker relevant to those projects: It\’s not Tim Hunter, but Jeremy Podeswa.
