“Sasquatch Sunset
Directed by the Zellner Brothers, David and Nathan (“Kumiko The Treasure Hunter”), the surreal comedy has already been described as one of the strangest movies of the year. Essentially, it follows a family of Sasquatches— Riley Keough, Jesse Eisenberg, Christophe Zajac-Denek, and Nathan Zellner in full unrecognizable costume and get up, not speaking a word other than grunts and hoots— over a one-year period just foraging for food and living their lives (read our review).
Release Date: In select theaters on April 12 and nationwide on April 19 via Bleeker Street Films.

Civil War
Alex Garland follows up his controversial “Men” with another film that is already polarizing critics. Starring Kirsten Dunst, Wagner Moura, Cailee Spaeny, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Nick Offerman, Jesse Plemons, and more, Garland’s latest is a political warfare thriller that follows a team of photojournalists who travel across the U.S.  during a rapidly escalating Second American Civil War, which has engulfed the entire nation (read our review).

The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare
Following his “Gentlemen” Netflix series, director Guy Ritchie is already back at it with a star-studded action comedy set in WWII. Starring Henry Cavill, Eiza González, and Alan Ritchson, the film centers on a small team of skilled soldiers recruited by the British military to strike against German forces behind enemy lines. Alex Pettyfer, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, Til Schweiger Henry Golding, and Cary Elwes co-star.

Sofia Boutella, Djimon Hounsou, Ed Skrein, Michiel Huisman, Doona Bae, Cary Elwes, Anthony Hopkins, and more reprise their roles from the first chapter (read our ‘Part One’ review here).
