O Lucky Man! is probably the most massively multiple-cast film ever made. The stage version of Angels in America uses multiple casting to economize on the size of the cast, but the device was carried over in the film version to wonderful effect. Meryl Streep as the Rabbi and Emma Thompson as the Homeless Person are unrecognizable.

They were never officially credited, but Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale's dual roles in The Prestige should have been included in here, especially Jackman, who as Root, wonderfully plays against type.

You said in the Back to the Future Part II section that they had the difficult task of depicting an unknown future- EVERY Future is unknown!!! That's why it's the future!!! How could a future be depicted any other way? You should've said that it was a reachable future since that time period is a mere 7 months away.

Jack Lemmon gives two tremendously entertaining (albeit very broad) performances in the underrated The Great Race, playing the Snidely Whiplash-esque villain and a perpetually drunk prince.
